In 2013 realtor.com surveyed about 1,400 respondents about their thoughts on haunted real estate. Here are some of the results:
62% of respondents would consider buying a haunted house
35% of respondents believe they have lived in a haunted house
75% of respondents would expect to pay under market value for a haunted house.
